Judd's Jewelry is located in the Fountain Court shopping center on Lowe Avenue in the heart of Cookeville, Tennessee. Opening in 1987, Judd's Jewelry has been voted the Upper Cumberland's Favorite Jeweler every time the contest has been held.

Owner, Tommy Judd, has been a jeweler since 1979 when he began his apprenticeship in high school at a local jewelry store. He was the first jeweler in town to start casting rings with people's scrap gold. Judd's also offers expert watch repair on most any brand of watch or pocket watch. Tommy also does insurance appraisals as well as expert repair work on gold, platinum, or sterling silver
